When we demonstrate the values and behaviors that we want to see in others, we inspire and motivate them to follow our lead.  Being the change means taking personal responsibility for our own growth and development. As leaders, we should always be striving to improve ourselves, whether it's by learning new skills, seeking out feedback, or reflecting on our own behavior. Today, I also want to talk to you about leadership. Leadership is not just about being in charge, it's about making a positive impact in the environment around us. Anyone can be a leader, regardless of their age or experience. Leadership requires courage to take risks and make difficult decisions while being empathetic and understanding and having a Clear vision for the future.

Leadership is never about personal achievements but about empowering others to be their best selves and achieve their full potential and to create a culture of excellence, where everyone feels valued and supported.

I believe that each one of you have incredible potential to be a leader. You have unique skills, knowledge, and experiences and I know that you have the ability to make a positive impact on the environment around you.
